Event Assistance

Practical assistance is our forte. We will happily find imaginative conference venues and arrange delegate hotels, transport and luggage. Build a road through a muddy field to a corporate marquee. Case study
For a UK office opening we were required to source a venue, caterer, transport and entertainment. Using Hampton Court Palace as a location the guests experienced a first class evening in sumptuous surroundings, with the finest cuisine, the funkiest live band from Russia , exquisite bar set amongst the cloisters with outdoor heaters to view the fireworks and laser finale to round off the evening.
