Team Building for Hampshire
Team building days
out of the office are not only a chance for employees to escape the rat race
and have the time of their lives. They've a chance to learn, to interact,
to achieve in new ways - and to build relationships that will have an impact
when they return to business. How successful they are will depend totally
on the entertainment provided. Which is why we ensure we have a wide range
of activities to suit all age groups, price ranges and sizes of venue. All
of which can be tailor-made to suit your business goals.
Drum Circles
Whether its for five people, or 500, we can supply drums, professional performers and educators for all sorts of sessions, ranging from a half-hour samba warm-ups to team-building "band" days. Great for energizing delegates, releasing stress, and understanding communication and teamwork.
Antiques Auction
A live auction, at which different teams have to use their "chequebooks" to
bid on various lots shown in a catalogue. After the "sale", with
heated cross-team bidding, the auctioneer will reveal the true value of the
items. And announce the winning team, who bought most wisely.
Rib Treasure Hunt
Nothing comes close to the excitement and
fun of a Rib Treasure Hunt. The Ribs are an adrenaline high, thrilling both
novices and experienced sailors alike. A Rib Treasure Hunt is an excellent
way of placing groups, whether small or large, into a focused but fun team
building environment.
Rib Treasure Hunt teams have both land and sea clues to be solved in several locations. They are issued a boat and skipper, then charts, clues, stop watches, Polaroid cameras, and tasks to complete.
The winning team will have best grasped the value of allocating and completing tasks according to team members' strengths and weakness as well as showing the greatest creativity.
Maximum of 140 participants.
Case study
A company comprising a total of 150 staff members were set a series of
exciting, challenging and fun exercises to test the group and allow them
to bond as a unit. The exercise ranged from mental challenges to cooperation
tests and required all personnel to work together to complete
the tasks. Once the tasks were over, an evening meal at this exceptional
location along with accommodation made the day a complete success.
