Assault Course
Just like the Army variety - except it's inflatable. Teams are sent through blown-up "woods", have to climb over Loch Ness Monsters, and career down slides in an attempt to perform tasks set in a specific time. In addition, teams can compete in a Field Gun Race, in which a 16ft full-sized Field Gun has to be dismantled, and taken under, over and between the obstacles, before being re-assembled. A competitive, team-building experience (without all the danger of participating in the Royal Tournament).

Climbing Wall
Like a rockface - only softer, with a big mattress at the bottom. Ranges of difficulty for all - simple challenges for those who'd just like to try the climbing harness and hard hat; difficult courses for the more agile. Plus, on-site instructors to hone those latent talents, and ensure ultimate safety.

Abseil Tower
After a climb up a 40ft tower, participants can then test their strength - and head for heights, abseiling backwards in harnesses, hard hat and leather gloves towards the ground, with just a rope for backup. Full tuition is given, and all equipment thoroughly tested for safety and security.
