Clare Wickens
Clare was born in Cambridge and spent her working life before esc working in the recruitment business, where she says she soon learnt the foolishness of trying to fit a square peg into a round hole. For the last 5 years she has dealt with all personnel requirements for the special events that esc has become so renowned for – finding event personnel that are memorable for all the right reasons.

When she is not working part time on esc projects Clare can be found at home raising a couple of special projects of her own or occasionally hitting the shops to indulge her passion for handbags.

Sam Mitchell
Sam has extensive experience in producing summer and winter parties, conferences, client networking events, product launches, fashion shows, awards ceremonies and team building days across London and the UK, hosting up to 3000 guests at any one time. Having worked for some of London's largest event management and catering companies, he has extensive knowledge of technical event production in addition to the necessities of achieving a client's brief. Out of work Sam is a keen sailor and will take any excuse to run down to the South coast and get on the water!

Sian Gray
With 10 years experience of running events within the hospitality, fitness and corporate industries, Sian brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to all events she works on. Being so good looking and well natured also helps and she is by far the friendliest person in the office often inspiring her team to work harder and stay motivated, even in the brink of despair. She has a passion for weddings and enjoys nothing better that making a bride’s dreams come true, which is handy as she is getting married herself this year. Sian is also Welsh which has earned her the nickname of 'Oi! What's Occurring?'
